The Full Irish Breakfast consists usually of fried pork sausages, fried or grilled bacon rashers, black and white fried pudding, fried eggs and fried tomatoes. This dish is served with tea and orange juice, brown soda bread or toast.
Because the full Irish breakfast has a high meat and fried fat content it is not something most health conscience people would eat every morning, but it does make a great Sunday morning treat!
