Blackwater Stables is an A.I.R.E approved equestrian school. People can take a leisure ride through the area of Kenmare, Sneem and Blackwater Bridge. Activities offered her include trekking, breaking and schooling. Riding lessons provided vary from the beginner to the advanced level rider. For beginners, tailored classes are also available. Apart from this, part time and full time livery services are also available. Stable has 50 varied sizes and types of horses for seasoned riders and general public.
Safety is prioritized and the riders are provided with helmets during rides. Moreover, instructors accompany the riders along and only tamed and trained horses are given to the beginners for riding.
