Douglas Hyde Gallery, County Dublin

Douglas Hyde Gallery, named after the first President of Ireland, is a contemporary art gallery funded by public money. It is located within the historical setting of the Trinity College, Dublin, Ireland and is known to run exhibitions by contemporary international artists. The gallery also gives a chance to Irish artists who want to make it big in this field. Sometimes, ethnographic and craft artifacts are also displayed at the gallery. Additionally, the gallery publishes catalogues and books that are circulated globally to inform art lovers about different events and programmes. Moreover, it has two halls where two different exhibitions with a related theme can be held simultaneously.
