The National Leprechaun Museum, County Dublin

The National Leprechaun Museum based in the heart of Dublin is the best place to discover enigmatic tales of Irish and Celtic culture. Dedicated to leprechauns, the museum has been designed by Tom O’Rahilly and claims to be the first ever leprechaun museum of the world. The National Leprechaun Museum is divided into several rooms, explaining the leprechaun folklore.

Different rooms offer a range of enthralling attractions such as a tunnel full of optical illusions and wooden replica of the Giants Causeway located in County Antrim. In addition, there is one room that is sheltered by umbrellas from falling rain while the other room displays a rainbow, followed by another room with a tree stump and crock of shining gold. Visitors follow a guided tour explaining the significance of each room and at the end they can purchase souvenirs like umbrellas and T-shirts from the gift shop.
